Painted Hills recreation reserve is one of Whittlesea shire councils most prominent projects of 2018/2019. JR & BL Kendall were awarded this project in August 2018.
The project consisted of 2 full size soccer fields, (One Natural Field, One synthetic field), a pavillion that consists of four full changeroom and shower areas, solar hot water services, a full mechanical ventilation system, a state of the art CCTV and security system, two multi purpose spaces, commercial kitchen and large under cover viewing areas, all associated landscaping and carpark works, lighting towers, stormwater, irrigation and field fencing were also included within the project. This project was completed within the allocated time frame of 190 days and the feedback from client and stakeholders has been fantastic. We believe that this project is a showpiece for Whittlesea Shire council and are proud of being apart of this development.
