The Project:
New construction of a Council Sport Pavilion for football and cricket at Marngrook Oval, Diamond Creek. The pavilion contains 4 teams change rooms with amenities, umpires change room with amenities, time-keepers room, disabled toilets, kiosk and kitchen.
Construction built with structural steel frame, brick veneer walls, insulated roof panel, concrete observation deck on top of the building with synthetic grassed area. Polycarbonate transparent paneling to top of walls, Innowood paneling soffit lining throughout. Vinyl flake epoxy flooring throughout.
