The works to be executed under this Contract comprised of the construction of the new suspended slab extension to the existing office to provide new office and meeting rooms spaces along with under cover car park facility for Manningham City council depot administration building located in East Doncaster, Victoria.
The Extension allowed an additional 4 coordinator office rooms, 7 Work station areas, 2 meeting rooms, 1 manager office, 1 director office and internal courtyard.
The extension was completed with the existing council depot administration building remaining occupied and operational for the duration of the project.
