The Project:
New construction for tourist destination the Great ocean Road Chocolatier and Ice creamery located on the great Ocean Road Bellbrae. The new building built using tilt panel constructions consisted of Café area and large winter garden seating area, Commercial kitchen including cool room, Function room, customer toilet area, chocolate showroom, staff toilets, training room, staff room, administration area, loading dock, raw chocolate store, chocolate making production area and packing room which could be viewed by the public through large glass viewing wall and kiosk for selling ice cream.
