The Project
Refurbishment works to Grandstand building including revised floorplan, Social Room, Machinery and Woodworkers rooms, Gem Club rooms, public toilets and amenities, kitchen. New fire service and external pavement and entry canopy.
Features include Plywood ceilings with express joint finish and epoxy flooring throughout.
