The works to be executed under this Contract comprises the demolition work of the existing to facilitate the construction of the new basketball extension at Broadmeadows Basketball Stadium, 30 Dimboola Road, Broadmeadows, Victoria. The extension was to accommodate new reception, foyer, general office, shop, manager’s office new entry canopy, relocation of existing covered shelter and associated site works.
Alteration of existing building to provide new kitchen, store, accessible toilet, cleaners room, first aid room and refurbishment to the existing male and female toilets.
J.R. & B.L Kendall Pty Ltd give our upmost efforts to add value to each and every project that we are involved in at no cost to the client. A total $8220.00 + GST was added to this project at no cost to the client.
