The Project:
New construction of a Council Sport Pavilion for football and cricket at Vantage Boulevard, Craigieburn. The pavilion contains 4 teams change rooms with amenities, 2 umpires change rooms with amenities, Social room, Disabled toilets, Public toilets, Kiosk and Kitchen, First-Aid, storage, and office spaces.
Construction built with structural steel frame, core-filled blockwork walls, metal roofing, Alpolic FR panelling fascia around the perimeter of the building, Vinyl flake epoxy flooring throughout change rooms.
